Entree into blogging in general

Could I think of a more ridiculous title for my blog than this one?  Probably.  As I look at it now I think its about as cheesy as you can get.  Please give me a little grace as I not only figure out how to navigate the world of creating a blog that might be read by more than just myself.    Today I am testing it all out and prepping for the real blog story that I intended for this site:  my adventures in raising backyard chickens!  I hope you find this set of meager ramblings and an occasional photo interesting at best, maybe more, but lets not get our hopes up too high.
